Job summary

Novant Health Urgent Care in the Northeast region is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily center operations, drive service excellence, and support staff through effective leadership and clear processes.

You will manage staffing, patient flow, regulatory compliance, and budget performance while fostering a positive patient experience and a collaborative work environment for a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations, staffing, patient flow, and regulatory adherence.
• Monitor budget and financial metrics to meet KPIs.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of healthcare professionals.
• Communicate with Regional Ops Director to address issues and improvements.
• Ensure patient experience is positive and service levels are maintained.
• Manage onboarding, interviews, evaluations, and supply orders.
