Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare with leadership.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in project management and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.
• Oversee center operations, staffing, patient flow, and regulatory compliance.
• Improve turnover and staff engagement.
• Report to Regional Operations Director with performance metrics.
• Monitor patient wait times and ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure credentialing and regulatory standards.
• Review finances to meet budget and KPIs.
• Conduct interviews, scheduling, evaluations, and supply orders.
• Verify daily closeout procedures and proper documentation.
• Champion patient care and center operations.
