Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business with management experience.

• Minimum three years of medical clinic management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinic staff including MAs and Patient Specialists.
• Coordinate provider schedules to meet benchmarks and inform leadership of issues.
• Recommend staffing levels based on site productivity and patient need.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring and staff orientation.
• Ensure timely employee evaluations and salary recommendations.
• Oversee timesheets and time clock activities.
