Job summary

BAS Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for a fast-paced Urgent Care setting in Middleboro, MA. You will conduct exams, take histories, and manage care with autonomy in a supportive, mission-driven system.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's in Nursing or a PA degree, MA state licensure with DEA and MCSR credentials, and must be vaccinated for influenza. Prior urgent care or emergency experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from Master's in Nursing or PA program.
• Must hold current NP or PA licensure in Massachusetts along with DEA and MCSR credentials.
• Influenza vaccination required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough physical examinations and obtain complete patient histories.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document relevant statistics and care provided.
• Evaluate and interpret clinical data to establish preliminary diagnoses and therapeutic plan recommendations.
• Administer medications and injections in compliance with Massachusetts state law and employer guidelines.
• Obtain specimens for lab analysis, schedule, and prepare patients for diagnostic testing.
• Provide patient, family, and caregiver education regarding required medications and act as a patient care advocate.

Job Details:

• Full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) position in an Urgent Care setting
• Perform thorough physical examinations and obtain complete patient histories

• Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to outstanding patient care and customer service
• Requires graduation from a Master's in Nursing program or a Physician Assistant program
• Must hold current NP or PA licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts along with DEA and MCSR credentials
• Influenza vaccination required as a condition of employment
