Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting seeks Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join an urgent care provider across multiple Massachusetts locations, including Back Bay, Medford, and more. Base pay is $70–$85 per hour with a performance-based bonus of $10–$25 per hour and full benefits.

New graduates are welcome; Massachusetts license or eligibility is required. You will evaluate patients, diagnose, treat across the lifespan, order labs and imaging, and educate patients in a fast-paced urgent

Qualifications

• Active PA or NP certification.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts.
• Willing to obtain DOT certification within 90 days.

Locations: Multiple Massachusetts Locations | Back Bay, Medford, Chestnut Hill, Waltham, Bedford, Burlington & Stoneham

Base Pay: $70–$85/Hour

Bonus: Additional $10–$25/Hour Performance-Based Potential

Position Overview

Our client, a well-established urgent care provider, is seeking Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join its growing Massachusetts team.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan.
• Perform physical exams and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing.
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education.
• Perform suturing, wound care, incision and drainage, splinting, and foreign body removal.
• Provide initial fracture care.
• Treat occupational medicine and workers' compensation patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-care skills.
• Ability to treat patients across the lifespan.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred.
