American Family Care (AFC) Modesto is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to deliver urgent care within our franchised model. You will collaborate with clinicians to provide efficient, patient-centered care in a walk-in setting.

Qualificações

• ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA board certification (ER/UC experience preferred)
• Active PA or NP license in the state
• DEA number and state-controlled substance certificate required
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Excellent communication with staff, patients and families

Responsabilidades

• Perform complete health histories and physical exams, review records, develop medical assessments, and order labs/imaging as appropriate
• Formulate medical diagnoses and institute therapy or referrals
• Institute emergency measures and stabilization in emergencies
• Interpret patient data to guide management and treatment
• Provide health care guidance to patients and families
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
