Job summary

American Family Care (AFC) is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our urgent/primary care teams. The APP collaborates with physicians and staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high satisfaction within AFC's walk-in clinics. Requires active PA/NP licensure, board certification, and ability to treat patients aged 2 and up.

Compensation is hourly and ranges from $60 to $75 per hour. AFC emphasizes comprehensive benefits and a patient-centric healthcare approach across multiple

Qualifications

ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certification preferred (ER/UC experience).
Active and current PA or NP licensure in the practicing state.
Outpatient clinic or urgent care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Take full health histories and perform comprehensive medical assessments.
Order labs, imaging, and diagnostics appropriate for the patient.
Develop diagnoses and institute therapy or referrals as needed.
Provide emergency measures and stabilize in critical situations.
Educate patients and families on health care and prevention.
Monitor therapies and ensure continuity of care.
