American Family Care is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver patient care within our franchised urgent care locations. The APP collaborates with physicians and clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high satisfaction, following governing board guidelines.

This role requires ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA board certification, active PA or NP licensure in the state, and the ability to multi-task and work independently.

Qualifikationen

• Make sure you have ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA board certification.
• Active and current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of practice, DEA number, and state-controlled certificate.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Aufgaben

• Take detailed health histories, review records, and order appropriate tests for the patient.
• Formulate diagnoses and refer patients to suitable facilities and resources.
• Implement emergency measures and stabilization for critical events.
• Interpret patient data to guide treatment decisions.
• Provide health care education and preventive guidance to patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
