Job summary

American Family Care is seeking an Advanced Provider Director to blend direct patient care with clinical leadership, mentorship, and operational strategy across multiple clinics. You will report to the VP of Provider Services and work in a regional dyad with both clinical and operational leadership to drive performance and care quality.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted NP or PA license with national board certification.
• Minimum 2 years of urgent care or high-volume clinical experience.
• Strong clinical performance and productivity metrics.
• Leadership and mentorship experience in clinical settings.
• DOT certification preferred.
• Ability to develop and onboard providers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent, non-emergent conditions for patients of all ages.
• Lead provider onboarding, training, and workflow integration.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations to optimize staffing and coverage.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance.
• Provide clinical mentorship and peer coaching.
