American Family Care seeks an Advanced Provider Director who blends direct patient care with clinical leadership, mentorship, and operational strategy. You will report to the VP of Provider Services and work in a regional dyad with clinical and operational leadership.

This role drives performance across clinical, medical, and operational verticals, including governance, analytics, and provider success, while Elevating patient experience and care standards.

Qualificações

• Unrestricted active NP or PA license and national board certification in applicable state(s).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as NP/PA in urgent care or high-volume clinical setting.
• Internal AFC candidates must have endorsement from Regional Operations Director.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent, non-emergent conditions for all ages.
• Perform standard urgent care procedures (wound care, laceration repair, I&D, splinting).
• Order/interpret diagnostic tests and manage stabilization/transfers when needed.
• Maintain timely, compliant medical documentation and discharge education.
