American Family Care is seeking an Advanced Provider Director who blends direct patient care with clinical leadership and operational strategy. You will report to the VP of Provider Services and work in a regional dyad, driving performance across clinical, medical, and operational areas.

The role splits time between direct patient care (60%) and leadership/admin activities (40%), focusing on provider development, onboarding, and coverage planning.

Qualifikationen

• Unrestricted NP or PA license with national board certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in urgent care or similar high-volume clinical setting.
• Current BLS; DOT certification preferred or required by market.
• Proven leadership, mentorship, onboarding and team development experience.
• Strong documentation, clinical quality focus, and productivity metrics.
