American Family Care Narberth is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver patient care within the approved scope, collaborating with other clinicians to ensure efficient flow and high patient satisfaction at our franchised location.

The role includes performing histories, assessments, orders, diagnoses, and treatment plans, providing care instructions, and handling emergencies. Active PA/NP licensure with DEA and state cert is required; ER/UC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active PA or NP license in the state of practice.
• DEA registration and state controlled substance certificate required.
• 1 year ER/UC experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Take comprehensive patient histories and assess conditions.
• Order labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies as needed.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and referrals.
• Manage emergencies and provide stabilization when required.
• Educate patients and families on care and prevention.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
