Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus one year experience.
• Experience may be substituted for education up to four years.
• Experience with project management, data analysis, and performance measurement.
• Familiarity with Legistar and BCIC Software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing and closing projects.
• Develop and maintain databases to support data analysis.
• Prepare recommendations for policy and process changes.
• Write reports summarizing findings and data collection methods.
• Establish project schedules and maintain status reports.
• Communicate project and process status.
• Conduct research and analyze data trends for decision-making.
• Document meetings and action items using flowcharting.
• Maintain positive relationships with managers and stakeholders.
