Stantec is seeking an experienced Transportation Designer to join our North Central & Twin Cities Metro team. You will help us deliver quality design projects to the communities we serve and collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary group across North America and beyond.

Your role focuses on urban mobility, including urban corridors, roundabouts, bikeways, and related design opportunities, using MicroStation/OpenRoads or AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of roadway design experience in urban settings.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong collaboration and time management.
• Experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads, or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the preparation of roadway design projects for cities, counties, and state DOTs.
• Collaborate with staff from local offices and greater Stantec to provide support, access expertise, and secure assistance on projects as needed.
• Support an energetic and collaborative team culture that drives great results.
• Prepare design concepts, Preliminary Geometric Layouts and Final Design construction plan sets.
• Perform CADD design of roadways incorporating State DOT, County, and local practices and procedures.
• Perform CADD design in MicroStation/ OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D as it relates to roadway design, including 3D corridor models.
• Review work for accuracy and coordinates with others to ensure quality assurance and quality control for all final products
