Responsibilities

• Drive and support implementation of Mastery Schools’ vision and guiding principles to create a positive school culture.
• Lead and supervise a high-performing team of educators and coach them on instructional strategies.
• Supervise lesson plans, provide weekly observations and professional development opportunities.
• Identify students requiring additional support and guide them to supplemental services.
• Engage parents and community members in school activities to foster community involvement.
• Support data-driven decision making by analyzing student performance data.
