Independence Mission Schools in Philadelphia is seeking an Assistant Principal (AP) to join the leadership team across its campuses. The AP reports to the Principal and helps shape school culture, academic excellence, and the Catholic values that guide daily practice.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in school leadership, strong data-driven instructional skills, and a commitment to equity and community engagement within a Catholic education framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as teacher or school leader.
• Current PA School Administrator's License - preferable but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to Catholic values and school community.
