The Industrialist in downtown Pittsburgh is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join the Front Office team. You will greet guests, check them in and out, and handle requests with a courteous, professional approach.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and prior hospitality or service experience. PMS knowledge is a plus, and a friendly, proactive demeanor is essential for delivering an authentic guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel PMS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and check guests in/out efficiently and courteously.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle payments, room assignments, and reservation changes accurately.
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure timely room readiness and service needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
