Qualifications

• Master's degree required from an accredited university in education, education administration, educational leadership, higher education, counseling, social work, human services, or related field.
• Experience working with youth on campus and on TRIO programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; commitment to educational equity and student success.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, student-centered academic instruction and college readiness support during Summer Academy and academic year sessions.
• Coordinate curriculum, staffing, transportation, and residential aspects of the Summer Academy and monitor student progress.
• Oversee Upward Bound activities, supervise staff, track attendance and student records, and manage program data.
• Assist with recruitment, grant reporting, budgeting, and vendor/partner coordination; ensure compliance with grant objectives.
