Qualifications

• College graduate or current junior/senior in good academic standing with minimum GPA 2.5.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Proven written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience with Upward Bound or pre‑college programs as student or staff.
• High emotional maturity and ability to supervise students.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour supervision for female Upward Bound students during the summer.
• Plan and conduct events in residence halls and on/off campus trips.
• Live on campus with students for two weeks and supervise evening activities.
• Ensure safety, discipline, and health standards in the dorms.
• Coordinate transportation and deliveries for participants and staff.
• Attend staff meetings and work Sundays through Fridays during the program.
