Organo USA, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Field Engineer to support the Ultrapure water construction team on-site through all project phases. You will bridge design, office, and field activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely commissioning of the UPW system.

The role combines office review with on-site execution, requiring strong coordination with subcontractors and stakeholders and the ability to manage complex field operations at a high standard.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related field required or preferred.
• Experience with UPW systems or water-treatment projects is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee construction of the UPW system end-to-end.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site managers.
• Inspect on-site work for safety, quality, and compliance.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and record-keeping.
