Aufgaben

• Water chemistry characterization and design basis development for UPW systems.
• Unit process selection, sizing, and design with performance guarantees.
• Apply advanced treatment technologies (membranes, ion exchange, UV, gas-transfer) for microelectronics UPW.
• Own system integration across unit operations; collaborate with system integrator as needed.
• Evaluate operation under design and upset conditions; participate in HAZOPs.
• Lead piloting and benchmarking studies as part of design and commissioning.
