Veolia is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for Ultrapure Water (UPW) applications across North America. You will lead design, integration, and commissioning of UPW treatment systems for the microelectronics industry, balancing capital costs, operating expenses, and technical risk while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

The role requires 10+ years in UPW, PE licensure, strong process design software skills, and willingness to travel up to 10% within North America.

Formación

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in an Engineering field – Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical preferred, or related with UPW design experience.
• 10+ years of UPW treatment design experience, with field ops background considered.
• Demonstrated experience with UPW treatment processes and microelectronics system design/operation.
• Proven ability to integrate multiple unit operations into cohesive, optimized treatment systems.

Responsabilidades

• Water chemistry characterization and design basis development for UPW applications.
• Unit process selection, sizing, design, and process guarantees.
• Apply advanced UPW treatment technologies (ultrafiltration, NF/RO, ion exchange, UV, gas-transfer membranes).
• Own system integration across unit operations; collaborate with system integrators on complex flowsheets.
• Evaluate operation under design and upset conditions; participate in HAZOP reviews.
