Job summary

Organo USA, Inc. is seeking a Deputy Construction Manager to support the Construction Manager on the UPW (Ultrapure Water) phase of the TSMC F21 Phase 3 project. The role is full-time and exempt, reporting to the Construction Manager. You will coordinate contractors, review designs, and ensure safe, on-time project execution.

You will read blueprints, interpret schematics, and manage communications among stakeholders to drive timely decisions and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Commercial Construction/Semiconductor projects.
• Proven supervisory experience in large projects.
• Ability to read and interpret building codes and specs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all contractors for UPW system from design to closeout.
• Read blueprints and project specs for layout and planning.
• Communicate with stakeholders including subcontractors, engineers, and owners.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Review schedules, RFI’s, and change orders; assist with recovery plans if needed.
