Organo USA seeks a Deputy Construction Manager to support the Construction Manager on a major UPW project in Phoenix. You will supervise contractors, read blueprints, and ensure safety, scheduling, and quality from design through completion.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction or semiconductor projects, with strong leadership and coordination skills to drive timely delivery and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Understand project processes from design to completion.
• Coordinate supervision of contractors across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for planning.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site.
• Develop recovery plans with subcontractors when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and supervision of crews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including engineers and vendors.
• Monitor progress, report issues, and support cost control.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain quality control.
• Provide guidance to team and ensure on-time project delivery.
