Job summary

Organo USA, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Construction Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent and Construction Manager in overseeing all phases of electrical and instrumentation construction for the UPW plant on semiconductor projects.

The role requires coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and timely progress, and reporting progress to project management. This full-time, non-exempt position emphasizes field leadership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical and instrumentation construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 preferred; knowledge of safety requirements.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, ASME, ASTM, and SEMI requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, loop diagrams, schematics, P&IDs, and project specifications.
• Assist the Superintendent in directing daily work activities and monitoring workforce performance.
• Coordinate field activities with owners, subcontractors, commissioning personnel, and engineering teams.
• Inspect installations for compliance with project specifications, standards, and applicable codes.
• Support schedule recovery efforts and implementation of corrective action plans.
• Prepare and maintain field documentation and progress reporting.
