Job summary

Transwest seeks an Uptime Pro Specialist in Brighton, CO to support customers and keep vehicles on the road by liaising between customers and the service team. You will provide updates, coordinate with the service foreman, advisors, and parts department, and drive RO progress while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The role requires ISO 9001-2015 knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
• Customer Support with problem solving experience.
• ISO 9001-2015 knowledge.
• Transportation industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers who enter the location and interview them to determine needed repairs.
• Create a Repair Order (RO) by identifying current vehicle condition and estimated repair time.
• Provide quotes/estimates and supply supporting documentation.
• Maintain timely updates to customers on status of work and scheduling.
• Follow up on approvals and keep customers informed until pickup.
