Volvo Group’s Uptime Center in Greensboro, NC, supports Volvo Action Service and Mack OneCall to get trucks back on the road quickly. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment with 24/7 coverage.

You will document, coordinate with dealers and tow vendors, and provide timely updates while upholding safety and company standards. A related education background and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years customer service/technical support experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Automotive knowledge/experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer and document customer requests for roadside assistance with professional demeanor.
• Document inquiries in case management tools for transparency.
• Coordinate with customers, dealers, and tow vendors; provide ETA and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals and maintain positive work environment.
• Escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely case progression.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
