Transwest in Brighton, CO is seeking a Parts Expert for our Call Center to handle retail, commercial and industrial parts sales by phone, email and other approved channels. You will leverage heavy-duty truck parts knowledge to assist customers and cross-sell with accuracy.

This in-office role emphasizes collaboration and high-quality service, with shifts Mon-Fri and a compensation range of $26.00–$34.00 per hour. Hybrid or remote options may be considered at management's discretion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with good MVR.
• Direct industry experience selling medium/heavy-duty truck parts.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use computer and order processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries for parts sales via phone and email.
• Cross-sell and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process orders timely and accurately using company systems.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and pricing policies.
• Follow up on orders and resolve customer issues.
