Job summary

Transwest Inc. is seeking an Uptime Pro Specialist to act as the primary liaison between customers and the Transwest service team, ensuring timely updates and smooth repair progress.

You will coordinate with the Service Foreman, Advisors, and Parts Department to keep customers informed and engaged throughout the repair process. The role involves handling multiple calls and emails daily via the Uptime Pro system, delivering accurate quotes, and driving Repair Orders to completion while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
• Customer support with problem solving experience.
• Quality Systems understanding- ISO 9001-2015.
• Vehicle knowledge required; transportation industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers who enter the location.
• Interview clients to determine needed repairs and gather information.
• Provide quotes/estimates in a timely manner.
• Create a Repair Order with current vehicle condition and estimated repair time.
• Update clients with status and scheduling information.
• Follow up on open Repair Orders and Pending approvals.
• Communicate with Service Foreman, Advisors, Technicians and Parts Department for updates.
• Document calls in Uptime Pro and capture key details for future communications.
