The Pivot Group Network is actively seeking Reliability Engineers to lead maintenance reliability initiatives with partner manufacturers in Hart, MI. The role focuses on building and executing predictive maintenance programs, conducting failure analyses, and driving RCA/RCM-based improvements across multi-disciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in reliability within manufacturing, strong skills in FMEA/Weibull analysis, and experience with CMMS/EAM systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience in reliability engineering within manufacturing.
Strong understanding of reliability tools and methodologies (FMEA, RCA, RCM, Weibull).
Proficiency in data analysis and reliability modeling software.
Experience with CMMS/EAM systems and their application in maintenance.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
Analyze equipment failures and develop corrective actions.
Lead RCA investigations for recurring issues.
Optimize preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
Identify and implement reliability improvement projects.
Conduct criticality assessments and mitigation plans.
