Job summary

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering and 3+ years in reliability or maintenance within manufacturing, plus CMMS and Weibull/RCA proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with reliability tools and methodologies (FMEA, RCA, RCM, Weibull analysis).
• Proficiency in CMMS and statistical analysis software.
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance strategies.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify root causes of failures.
• Lead and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for significant equipment downtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize asset reliability and uptime.
• Implement and manage Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) data for asset tracking and analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
• Develop and deliver training programs on reliability best practices for maintenance personnel.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
