Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or similar).
• 5+ years in manufacturing focusing on reliability engineering.
• Strong knowledge of RCA methodologies and facilitation.
• Proficiency in PdM techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic).
• Experience with FMEA and other risk assessment tools.
• Familiarity with CMMS and EAM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
• Analyze equipment failures and conduct RCA solutions.
• Optimize preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for asset reliability.
• Conduct criticality assessments and asset management plans.
