Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is building a Lansing-area network of Reliability Engineers to support manufacturing partners. This role focuses on developing reliability strategies, performing RCA and FMEA, and optimizing maintenance programs to maximize asset uptime.

Candidates should have a mechanical, electrical, industrial, or chemical engineering background with 3+ years in manufacturing reliability. Proficiency with CMMS/EAM and data analytics is highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
3+ years in manufacturing focused on reliability engineering.
Proficient in RCA, FMEA, and reliability tools.
Experience with CMMS/EAM software.
Strong knowledge of predictive/preventive maintenance techniques.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement reliability strategies for manufacturing equipment.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues.
Lead Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential failure points.
Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve asset uptime.
Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and improvements.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to implement reliability solutions.
Evaluate new technologies to enhance equipment reliability.
