Job summary
The Pivot Group Network in Paw Paw, MI is seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead maintenance improvement initiatives and drive asset reliability across manufacturing operations. You will develop predictive maintenance strategies, perform RCA and PM optimization, analyze equipment data, collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to reduce downtime and extend asset life.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of reliability principles, tools, and methodologies (RCM, FMEA, RCA, Weibull analysis).
- Proficiency with CMMS and data analysis tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.
- Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify reliability risks.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to improve asset lifecycle.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability.
- Manage critical spare parts inventory and obsolescence.
- Provide technical expertise on failure modes and corrective actions.
