Qualifications

• Experience with RCA and problem-solving methods.
• Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance (vibration, thermography, oil analysis).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce downtime.
