Airswift, collaborating with a world leader in highly engineered valves, seeks a Business Development - Upstream to drive North American growth focused on upstream and offshore markets. The role is based in Houston, Texas (Hybrid) and reports to the USA Director.

You will build market presence and pursue strategic relationships with operators, EPCs, OEMs, and service providers. The successful candidate will develop a comprehensive growth plan, navigate long procurement cycles, and balance

Qualifications

• Experience in upstream Oil & Gas, offshore, or related industrial sectors.
• Proven success in building pipeline within complex, relationship-driven sales environments.
• Experience engaging major operators and navigating long sales cycles.

Responsabilités

• Lead business development across North America with emphasis on Houston and upstream/offshore accounts.
• Develop and execute a 2–5 year growth strategy to strengthen market position in the upstream segment.
• Identify and secure early project opportunities and build the pipeline from scratch.
• Map territories, customer segments, and sales potential across offshore and onshore markets.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with operators and key stakeholders.
