Job summary

HSB Solomon Associates LLC, a Hartford Steam Boiler/Munich Re subsidiary, seeks a Senior Upstream Advisor to join its Solutions Delivery team in Houston. You will lead advisory engagements, manage projects, benchmark performance, and provide expert guidance on onshore/offshore Upstream operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in the Upstream energy industry.
• Experience with Fixed Platforms, FPSOs and Floaters offshore operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, or related field).
• Master’s degree and/or advanced professional degree preferred (e.g., MBA, PhD).

Responsibilities

• Leads and participates in Solomon advisory engagements globally, including client locations and travel.
• Serves as client partner and trusted technical advisor for studies and services.
• Provides project management, resource planning, and collaboration across product development teams.
• Applies Solomon methodologies to support performance improvements and data-driven recommendations.
