Responsibilities

• Analyzes customer situations to route to the proper department (Product Info, Services, Marketing, etc.).
• Receives telephone orders accurately by interfacing with customers and entering orders correctly.
• Offers information on new products, sales aids, and monthly specials.
• Performs suggestive selling by recommending additional products or services.
• Completes order forms accurately and completely.
• Handles new customer enrollments by verifying information over the phone.
