Melaleuca: The Wellness Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Call Center in Rexburg, Idaho. You will handle customer calls professionally, resolve issues, and uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction while representing the company's values.

Responsibilities include logging interactions, forwarding shipping or product concerns, processing returns or exchanges, and supporting other departments during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 40 wpm and strong data entry skills.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and courteously to customers.
• Interpersonal and problem-solving abilities for resolving inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer service calls professionally and courteously.
• Record notes in logs and forward shipping or product concerns to the appropriate department.
• Process refunds, address issues with addresses, and assist with product returns or credits.
• Support other departments during heavy call periods and month-end tasks.
• Meet Customer Care standards and strive for high customer satisfaction.
