Job summary

Melaleuca is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Call Center in Rexburg, Idaho. You will answer customer calls professionally, resolve issues, and help customers understand product benefits while maintaining a positive relationship with the company.

Key responsibilities include logging notes, forwarding shipping concerns, processing returns and refunds, and assisting other departments during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Exceed average performance on Quality Development and Score Card.
• Typing 40 wpm.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Communicate effectively with individuals in person and by phone.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Shifts at month end can be 12 hour shifts with 30 min lunch breaks.

Responsibilities

• Answers Customer Service calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Records notes related to every call in customer logs in detail.
• Forwards logs pertaining to shipping problems to the appropriate department.
• Reships products lost by carrier or missing items after verifying the order.
• Refunds issues on customers’ accounts and handles address problems for returns.
• Assists other departments with product returns, shipping problems, and credits.
• Completes new customer enrollments by obtaining and verifying information.
