Job summary

Omni Hotels is seeking a professional Server to deliver warm, attentive service in our upscale hotel restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, upsell beverages, and maintain strong knowledge of our wine and beverage offerings.

Familiarity with MICROS POS is preferred, with flexibility to cover busy shifts and weekends. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of serving experience in a high-volume or upscale setting, possess an unexpired Food Handlers certificate, and maintain a polished

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a high volume or upscale hotel restaurant outlet.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Unexpired Food Handlers certificate obtained upon hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to requests; provide attentive service.
• Upsell menu items and beverages when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and beverage offerings, including wine service.
• Take, place, and process orders; present checks and handle payments.
• Assist in seating guests and answering restaurant phones as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen and culinary team on meal requirements and specials.
