Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive attitude and ownership of the role.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Team-oriented with punctuality and reliability.
• Experience in a full-service upscale high-volume establishment preferred.
• Willing to complete product knowledge quizzes.
• Desire to learn and grow within the restaurant.
• Knowledge and passion for wine, beer, and craft cocktails.
• Understanding of classic food and wine service and service ware.
• TABC Certification as required; state and local compliance.

Responsibilities

• Uphold a high level of hospitality with every guest and team member.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings and dietary options.
• Follow all steps of service with consistency and attention to detail.
• Execute opening and closing procedures for the assigned station.
• Communicate clearly and work with the team for a seamless service experience.
• Create a memorable and valuable experience for every guest throughout their visit.
• Handle guest concerns with grace and professionalism, accommodating requests when possible.
• Participate in ongoing food, wine, and staff training to elevate performance.
