Vandelay Hospitality Group seeks a Server for Anchor Sushi Bar to deliver thoughtful and high-touch service with genuine hospitality. You will anticipate guest needs, maintain knowledge of offerings, and contribute to a seamless dining experience that exceeds expectations.

Your role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and professional conduct in a fast-paced, upscale setting, with opportunities for training and growth in a premium dining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a full-service upscale high-volume establishment preferred.
• TABC certification as required by state law.
• Certified for food and alcohol service as required by state/local agencies.

Responsibilities

• Uphold hospitality and professionalism with every guest and team member.
• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage offerings to confidently answer guest questions.
• Follow all steps of service with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Execute opening and closing procedures for the assigned station.
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the team for a seamless service.
• Create memorable and valuable guest experiences throughout their visit.
• Handle guest concerns with grace and hospitality, accommodating requests when possible.
• Participate in ongoing food, wine, and team training to refine knowledge and elevate performance.
