Qualifications

• Experience coordinating daily spa operations and guest services.
• Proficient in Book4Time or similar spa reservation software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach spa coordinators, attendants, and therapists daily.
• Coordinate guest flow, schedules, and service rooms.
• Maintain spa cleanliness, safety, and equipment readiness.
• Oversee front desk coverage and guest communications.
• Monitor inventory and perform purchasing requests.
• Ensure Book4Time operations and staffing plans.
• Support staff training and coaching; escalate issues as needed.
• Provide hands-on coaching to spa staff and ensure safety standards.
