Job summary

Delano Miami Beach is seeking a Spa Supervisor to oversee daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, service, safety, and guest satisfaction. You will provide daily direction to spa coordinators, attendants, and therapists, coordinate schedule flow, and ensure adherence to Delano brand standards.

The role involves coaching staff, managing guest relations, monitoring inventory, and escalating staffing or operational decisions to the Director of Spa.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years spa or wellness experience, prior supervisory or shift-lead preferred.
• Experience coordinating daily spa operations, guest service, and front desk activities.
• Strong team leadership skills and ability to coach and support colleagues.
• Proficient in spa reservation software such as Book4Time and general computer applications.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities for daily spa operations.
• Exceptional customer service with a guest-focused mindset.
• Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with the Director of Spa; provide shift updates and guest feedback.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of spa, equipment, and guest areas.
• Monitor treatment room readiness, restocking, and product preparation; coordinate repairs.
• Oversee spa attendants and locker room upkeep; ensure opening/closing on schedule.
• Reinforce dress code, punctuality, professionalism, and service standards; report findings to the Director of Spa.
• Coordinate therapist appointments and daily schedules using Book4Time.
• Supervise spa reception and assist with front desk coverage and guest communications.
• Handle guest services: greet guests, assist with services and retail, resolve issues, ensure high satisfaction.
• Coordinate group services with staff and external coordinators.
• Support staff training and coaching; document performance concerns and refer to the Director of Spa for reviews.
• Provide hands-on coaching and daily direction to spa coordinators, attendants, and therapists.
• Monitor massage and spa supply inventory and submit purchase requests for approval.
• Guide Spa Attendants in locker room and safety management; ensure guest safety.
• Oversee Book4Time operations, reservation accuracy, guest transactions, and schedule coordination.
• Occasionally perform related tasks to provide exceptional guest service.
