Job summary

Darden Restaurants Inc. seeks a driven Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality, great-tasting cuisine in a busy upscale setting. You will lead a culinary team, uphold food safety standards, and help drive profitability through excellent execution and guest experience.

You will mentor line cooks, ensure menu items are executed with excellence, and contribute to building top-line sales and guest counts in a dynamic Florida restaurant.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Sous Chef or senior kitchen leader in a high-volume upscale setting.
• Ability to develop and mentor team.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities
