Mexican Sugar in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead shifts and support front-of-house operations. As a Service Manager, you will prepare the restaurant and team for service, uphold our standards and create a luxurious Latin American environment for our Team Members and Guests.

The role requires 2+ years of restaurant management in high-volume, full-service settings, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
