Job summary

Mexican Sugar, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations, prepare the team for service, and uphold a luxurious Latin American environment for guests and Team Members.

You will supervise shifts, coach staff, drive guest experiences, manage scheduling, inventory and cost controls, and partner with Culinary and Bar teams to deliver seamless service across all events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Premium, upscale or high-end restaurant experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead shifts, coach Team Members and uphold hospitality and operational standards.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful shifts through preparation, communication and follow-through.
• Drive sales through memorable Guest experiences and service leadership.
• Monitor labor, staffing and productivity and make adjustments as needed.
• Support scheduling, inventory, ordering and cost-control responsibilities.
• Maintain a safe, organized and polished restaurant.
