Job summary

Mexican Sugar is seeking an experienced Manager to lead successful shifts and support front-of-house operations. As a Service Manager, you will prepare the restaurant and team for service, uphold standards and create a luxurious Latin American environment for Team Members and Guests.

The position offers a salary range of $60,000–$75,000 per year, plus monthly profit share, with flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Premium, upscale or high-end restaurant experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead shifts, coach Team Members and uphold hospitality and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful shifts through preparation, clear communication and follow-through.
• Drive sales through memorable Guest experiences and service-oriented leadership.
• Monitor labor, staffing and productivity and adjust as needed.
• Support scheduling, inventory, ordering and cost-control responsibilities.
• Maintain a safe, organized and polished restaurant.
