Job summary

The ONE GROUP is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a vibrant Vibe Dining setting. You will anticipate guest needs, recommend menu items and beverages, and ensure each guest leaves satisfied.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking accurate orders, delivering meals promptly, and maintaining a clean, courteous service environment while collaborating with the team. Availability nights/weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, upscale dining preferred.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails; hospitality passion.
• Excellent communication and guest-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the Vibe Dining experience.
• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage pairings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, entering them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist team members as needed to maintain a smooth service flow.
• Perform opening and closing side work as assigned by management.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas throughout the shift.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests for their visit while encouraging them to return.
